This wasn't very helpful, and I found myself rolling my eyes a lot at the presenter. He "cited" some studies that didn't sound accurate and weren't mentioned in the resources list at the end, so I just don't trust it. Also, as soon as someone pulls out essential oils and badmouths coffee I get pretty suspicious.
