It’s an exciting time to be a group fitness instructor, as classes are booming and people around the world are looking to get moving. But while most new instructors find the foundational knowledge gained through the certification process useful, many also feel unsure of exactly how to put that knowledge into practice.

In this video training, you will gain the support and resources you need to find employment, understand specialization, and pursue continuing education. As every career path is unique and there is no “one way” to grow your career, this course is designed to help you develop your unique strengths and better understand the opportunities available to you.

Led by Mychele Sims, a fitness instructor and studio owner with over a decade of experience helping fitness professionals improve their class programming, cueing, coaching, and business strategies, this course will provide you with a path forward as you grow into a career that works for you.

Upon completion, you will be able to:

• Develop your skills as they relate to your practice
• Explore “niche” teaching opportunities, and class offerings
• Become familiar with brand-specific format training and licensing
